How We Work
- Maintain superior Quality and Service, Fair Price, Sincerity, Honesty, Punctuality, Presentation, Cleanliness, Regular PR Activity with clients.
- Raw materials are procured by our staffs under strict quality control which never differs. Only fresh meat , fish and vegetables are allowed.
- Branded cooking medium like sunflower oil and Fortune mustard oil are only used. Branded spices ranging from Cookme and Everest are only used.
- Fresh Kolkata bhetki is used for fish fry , fish tandoori , fish pathuri and other fish items frozen products are discouraged.
- Display of plate , glass , cutleries , menu card , paper napkins , etc is exceptional and unchallenged Only ‘ food grade ‘ packing material is used for our packing and take away counter.
- The service executives are always dressed in smart and clean uniforms provided by the firm.
- Depending or relying on subcontractors is not encouraged for quality control, a maximum of three services are catered per day Being the distributor of ” Metro Dairy Ice Cream ” we have a large contact with the chefs of Kolkata for which we can cater many international dishes such as Continental , Thai , Mongolian , Chinese , Italian at a competitive price .
